Comments: Fleer and Donruss broke the Topps monopoly on baseball cards in 1981. Photographs are mostly posed shots with some on-field shots mixed in. Of the three sets from 1981, Fleer had the worst photography. The cards are arranged in team order depending on 1980 finish. The Phillies, who won the 1980 World Series are first, followed by the Royals who lost the Series. Teams alternate by league in order of finish.
Base Card (Pete Rose)

Award Winners (Rickey Henderson) Not a true subset. A line of text about the award is added above the player name. (Image from Beckett.com)
