Comments: This was the fourth year of Upper Deck. The design was not much different from the first 3 years.  I always liked this design which features a floating photograph with a shadow behind it.  There was a mix of posed and action shots.  The set was released in 2 series, the first of 700 cards, the second with 100 cards.  The cards from the factory set feature a gold hologram.  I've never seen one of those. This set featured the most inserts to date in an Upper Deck set. The cards came in 15-card foil (not Mylar coated foil, but actual foil) packs (see a wrapper below).
